Morgan helped me through selling my home, and buying my next house. She gave me excellent advice on preparing my home for sale, and was always available to answer my (so, so many!) questions. Morgan’s communication is excellent, and she always got back to me right away. It took me 7 months to find my next home (Monroe’s housing market is much slower right now) and Morgan was always there for me- any time I wanted to see a house, she would get me in as soon as possible. Morgan knows the market in Monroe, and gave spot-on advice in positioning my home price-wise to get the most buyers’ attention. She sold my house for well above asking in 30 hours on the market. For my next house, I was looking for a fixer upper at a much lower price point than my previous home, and that made no difference to Morgan. We went through some pretty rough homes, but she was no less dedicated to helping me find what I was looking for. I know Morgan is very busy, but she always made me feel like her only client. Working with Mike was great, such a pleasure. He helped me find my daughter's dream home. He had the patience with her and helped guide us through all avenues. He did not like the way a broker was treating our offer witch was full asking and kept delaying and he took it personal and was truly sorry but never gave up he continued to find us houses to look at qnd kept showing us he did not just sit and wait for a response (witch was well over 3 weeks ) and in that time he found us another home witch was beyond perfect . Jeff is truly awesome! We were buying our home from out of state, and our time on-site was very limited. Jeff was an incredible help in coordinating numerous details before our visit to see the houses. When we were flying in, Jeff went above and beyond by clearing his entire Sunday schedule, even in the midst of one of the busiest housing markets. His knack for property values is impressive too. Interestingly, a couple of the houses we looked at ended up being sold at prices very close to Jeff's estimates! And here's the kicker: Jeff is exceptionally quick to respond and highly reliable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive matters. We worked with him late into the night on a few occasions to put together offers for some highly sought-after houses. This aspect is particularly crucial for out-of-state home buying, where Jeff stands out as the one we can truly rely on. I had approached Jake with my home requirements ling before I was ready to purchase a home on a recommendation by a mutual friend. Donovan was absolutely amazing during the process of buying our home. We started working with him before we even had a pre-approval letter and that didn’t change his willingness to look at properties or send some our way. He is very easy to talk to and get along with because he views every property as if he’s the buyer. If he sees an issue, he’ll point it out. If he sees an added bonus, he’ll point it out. Does it break your heart sometimes? Sure, but that’s how you know you are working with someone who truly has your best interest at heart and not the sale. We worked with him for almost 2 years (a year and a half of that without an approval letter), saw about 50-60 properties and bid on 3. Matt was the most tentative individual I've ever had the pleasure to work with. It didn't matter if it was 7 in the morning or 11 at night, if I had an issue Matt was there to solve it. I've never won the lottery, big prizes or was the 100th caller for anything. I did take a chance on requesting a realtor on zillow to review some houses my Fiancé and I liked and was paired up with Mr Matt who immediately sprung into action contacting 4 different listing agents on a Saturday to schedule viewings later on that day. He accomplished that easy task and everything i threw his way. He made things I've heard nightmares about with others extremely easy. Was extremely communicable and never left me hanging if my text or email had a question. He's expertise dealing with seller agents and his finesse secured the house that my fiancé and I found best fit all of needs and he championed negotiating with a tough seller. I appreciate zillow and them alerting Matt to my house hunt. It was like working with someone you knew for years.

He was with me every single step of the way, and even stepped in when certain personal things came up that was totally not necessary, but that's just how much he wanted to help and be there for both me and my wife.
