I am a motivated achiever with a real estate background. In 1993, I partnered with Raisin Vista Development Ltd., a real estate investment and property management company. There, I worked closely with real estate investors and Realtors to buy, hold, and sell commercial and residential properties. I successfully negotiated many contracts for purchase, sale, and lease.

While starting my real estate career, I became familiar with the auction method of marketing and envisioned the growth of the real estate auction as an untapped market. I decided to start a journey and became a member of the 1996 graduating class at the Missouri Auction School. I graduated from the World Champion College of Auctioneering in 1999. Both schools awarded me diplomas certifying my completion of the intensive auctioneering course, which included bid calling, public speaking, sales methods and practices, salesmanship, business ethics, and personal development. In 2000, I completed the premier auction training program at the Certified Auctioneers Institute, where I developed the skills needed to operate a successful auction business.

Shortly after graduation, I formed a partnership with the Rose family, who are widely known in the Auction Industry by forming and partnering with Rose Premier Auction Group LLC, where I helped the company grow from a startup to $140 million in annual sales. The company specializes in premier residential, commercial, builder closeouts, golf courses, and investment properties, as well as building and managing over 100 agent referrals.

In 2007, I founded and established Max Living Condominiums LLC. Max Living was created to be a brand that everyone recognized and used to purchase, redevelop, and sell apartment buildings that would be converted into condominium units for individual sale. The company completed three projects, encompassing over 150 units, within the Columbus, Ohio, metropolitan area.

In 2008, continuing to recognize metropolitan Columbus as a mecca for investing, I partnered with Valencia Consultants Inc., a real estate consulting firm. I played a key role in transforming the company into a real estate holding entity that purchases, leases, and sells both residential and commercial properties, managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio. 

A notable achievement for me, along with my partner at Valencia Consultants Inc., is our partnership with the City of Toledo. The City of Toledo, Ohio, awarded Valencia Consultants 72 contracts to redevelop homes across the city, aiming to stabilize neighborhoods affected by the foreclosure crisis.

I am a goal-driven performer and experienced business leader with a strong background in real estate, business development, strategic planning, and budget management. I am a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the National Association of Realtors, and the GMAR and NORIS Board of Realtors. My mission is to serve each client, which I put into practice in my daily business operations.
